Rainey Property Management has partnered with Vendor Credentialing (formerly known as Compliance Depot) to manage all vendor and supplier partnerships. Before any company can do any work on a community managed by Rainey Property Management, the company must be signed up and approved through Vendor Credentialing.
***Please note: Signing up does not serve as a contract or warranty that work will be provided and/or approved. Each property manager will solicit work as needed, and can only solicit work from vendors who are approved through vendor credentialing.***
